Z. Belhachmi (LMAM,  University of Metz, France),  R. Bunoiu (LMAM, University of Metz, France),
J-M. Sac-Epée (LMAM, University of Metz, France), K. Taous (LMAM, University of Metz, France)

Aim and scope

The aim of the conference is to highlight recent developpements in the fields of gradient systems and geometric flows, such as geometric evolutions (shapes's motion, curvature flows), optimal transportation, .... The focus is both on analytical and computational aspects as well as on the wide variety of applications. It will cover a large spectrum of research fields from mathematical modelling in biology and health (e.g. biological transport phenomena, cancer growth), the mechanical modelling, image analysis, mechanical and industrial engineering.... The conference is adressed to a large public from different areas of mathematics,  engineering and industrial research centers.
